Pair of DNF's in Big Buck 50 at Lucas Oil Speedway

On Friday afternoon Kaeden Cornell made the short trip to Lucas Oil Speedway (Wheatland, Mo.) powering his Hoover Motorsports No. 50 Late Model for the two-day Big Buck 50. In a field of 19 cars, Cornell jumped up two spots in his heat race to place fourth. Starting the opening night feature in seventh, Kaeden was running in second when mechanical woes sidelined him for the remainder of the evening.

The following night, Kaeden locked his spot into the main event with a third place finish in his heat. Rolling off sixth, Cornell was an early retiree from the 30-lapper on lap 25.
