Kaeden Cornell lands runner-up finish at Lake Ozark Speedway
Behind the wheel of his Clover Leaf Auto Repair No. 50 Late Model, Kaeden Cornell made the short trip to Lake Ozark Speedway (Eldon, Mo.) on Friday evening competing in a field of 15 cars. Coming in third in his heat race, Cornell locked into the seventh-starting position for the opening night feature. Marching forward five spots, Kaeden scored a runner-up finish behind Curt Potter with Justin Russell, Todd McCoin, and Matt Becker completing the Top-5 finishers.
1The following night at Lucas Oil Speedway (Wheatland, Mo.), Kaeden ran into ignition issues in his heat that prevented him from finishing. Starting the feature in 14th, the bad luck continued when his rear-end when out, dropping him from competition.
