Top 10 finish in Larry Phillips Memorial at West Plains

Saturday night found Kaeden Cornell in action at Legit Speedway Park (West Plains, Mo.) piloting his Hoover Motorsports No. 50 Late Model for the Larry Phillips Memorial. Drawing a stout field of 37 Comp Cams Super Dirt Series (CCSDS) entries, Cornell dropped one spot in his 8-lap heat to finish seventh. Needing to place fourth or better in his B-Main to make the $5,075-to-win A-Main, Kaeden charged forward five spots to come home third. Passing six cars in the 40-lap feature, Kaeden Cornell muscled his way to a 10th-place finish. (Chris Claunch Media)
