Top 10 Finish in Ronny Adams Memorial Finale at Boothill Speedway
On Friday night Kaeden Cornell kicked off the 2020 season at Boothill Speedway (Greenwood, Louisiana) with the Comp Cams Super Dirt Series season-opener. Drawing 39 cars for the inaugural Ronny Adams Memorial, Cornell followed up the fifth fastest lap in his time trial group with a third-place finish in his heat. With $3,000 on the line in the feature, Kaeden slipped back to a 20th place outing.
The following night for the $7,000 top prize, Kaeden fell short of a transfer position in his heat with an eighth-place finish, transferring him into the B-Main. Coming in second behind Kyle Beard, Cornell locked into the 19th-starting position for the finale. Wheeling his way into the Top-10, Kaeden Cornell improved 11 spots in the 50-lap affair to place eighth.
